Ever notice, if this IS a real photo, Agent Orange, when NOT speaking & stands still, he just stands there like a doofus with arms hanging down the sides. He can't move those limbs unless he is speaking in front of camera & mikes.
I noticed this back during the debuts with Pres. Elect Hillary. He'd stand behind her in this intimidating manner, like Frankenstein.
