TPM has more background on the extreme right- wing nuts responsible for this bit of fascist agitprop that Bunker Boy "thinks" is legit.  For instance, the narrator with the strange accent is Kristian Rouz, a propagandist who also works for Sputnik, the Russian news aggregator that was involved in disseminating fake news (the real kind) in the 2016 election to benefit Bunker Boy.
