20,000 Empty Chairs Memorialize COVID Victims

Standing among 20,000 empty chairs placed facing the White (Supremacist) House, Brian Walter and his mother, Margaret,  mourn the loss of their father and husband, John Walter, who was hospitalized with COVID-19 on April 22 and died on May 10. The empty chairs were placed there yesterday on National COVID-19 Remembrance Day. The total number of chairs represent less than 10% of the Americans who have died of the virus.
