A Federal court judge in New York City ruled that demagogue and impeached one-termer Donald "Mango Mussolini" Trump's Acting Secretary of Homeland Security Chad "5 O'Clock Shadow" Wolf was illegally in his position and therefore his action to suspend protections for Deferred Acton for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) residents was illegal. Judge Nicholas Garaufis ruled that Wolf, who was never confirmed by the Senate, was the beneficiary of Trump's "invalid order of succession" that put him in as Acting DHS Secretary, and thus Wolf's subsequent actions were "not an exercise of legal authority." Just another illegality of this lawless regime piled upon a mountain of them.
DACA cover a class of immigrants who were brought to the U.S. as children of parents without legal documentation. There are approximately one million DACA immigrants.
