I'll ignore the political bits and focus on the Tree. I visited the Redwoods Natl Park a few years ago and it was stunning. I had never seen those magnificent trees before and they took my breath away. Nothing prepares you for their size: they are massive and majestic and being there among them makes you feel small, but also makes you feel like part of a world that is beautiful and rare.
It's a place of reverence and awe. Thanks for sharing that amazing shot.
