Slow-Walking The GA Election Meddling Case

Nearly a year after she announced the launch of a criminal investigation of the corrupt Malignant Loser for election interference, Fulton Co. Georgia District Attorney Fani Willis is laying out a schedule for the special grand jury that may not complete its work for another year.  Millions heard the audio tape of Trump on January 2, 2021 saying to Georgia's Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger “I just want to find 11,780 votes” which was one more vote than he lost by to President Biden. One would think it's a "slam dunk" whenever a criminal is caught on tape in the act of a crime. One would be wrong in this instance.

The schedule that DA Willis suggested would put the selection of jurors off until May 2, with reviewing evidence during the months of June and July, saying that "within a year we will have all the information that we need.”  In addition, Willis is planning to subpoena roughly 100 individuals during the investigation. What makes this even more frustrating is that the special grand jury lacks the power to indict, and will simply issue a report at its conclusion recommending what, if any, charges can be presented to a regular grand jury, putting potential legal action well into 2023. Further complicating the process, the special grand jury is looking at other matters, such as a call from Trump towel boy Sen. Lindsey Graham to Raffensperger in November 2020, and false statements made under oath by Trump consigliere Rudy "Toot Toot" Giuliani to the Georgia Senate in addition to the Malignant Loser's call.

It's important to take the time to make sure you have an airtight case against the Malignant Loser, whose attorneys will stall and obstruct as long as possible. But let's not help him by drawing out the process when his criminal action and intent were as plain as the audio tape he can be heard on.
