A unanimous ruling today by a three-judge panel on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia requires the Malignant Loser has to turn his tax returns from 2015 to 2020 over to the House Ways and Means Committee. The decision is a blow to the Malignant Loser, who has never released his tax returns as have other Presidents, and has fought to keep his and his company's tax returns secret. The decision comes just a day after the FBI conducted a search of his Mar a Lago estate for evidence of classified documents. The Malignant Loser is also fighting the State of New York over his business records and tax returns, which may provide evidence of tax and other fraud, and is scheduled to be deposed soon in that case.
The Federal case began in 2019 with a request by Committee Chairman Richard Neal for Trump's tax returns in order to consider legislation regarding the IRS' Presidential audit program. The court ruled that the request was within the Committee's scope, and that it wasn't a violation of the Malignant Loser's First Amendment rights. The ruling gives Trump seven days to appeal to the Supreme Court, which he's almost certainly going to do.
