The January 6 Select Committee issued its subpoena today commanding the Malignant Loser to provide provide documents requested by the committee by November 4 and a deposition by November 14. The cover letter attaching the committee's subpoena and schedule of documents requested lays out the evidence of criminality and seditious behavior by the Malignant Loser on and before January 6, 2020. It's quite a document in the history of the United States and suggests a criminal referral to the Justice Department is indeed likely (click to enlarge):
