Hearing Today On Trump's Secret Documents Case

A hearing today in Federal District Court in Washington, D.C., will decide whether the Malignant Loser and his post-Presidential office will be held in contempt for repeatedly withholding classified documents that he took from the Federal Government. U.S. District Court chief Judge Beryl Howell has the proceedings under seal, so details of the Government's complaint are not known.

The contempt request signals that the Department of Justice's Special Counsel Jack Smith has taken a no-nonsense approach to dealing with the Malignant Loser's stall tactics regarding the investigation into his illegal removal of classified documents and his obstruction of the investigation by not releasing all of the documents required by a grand jury subpoena earlier this year. His initial noncompliance forced the Justice Department to execute a lawful search warrant of his Merde- O'Lardo residence in August. After that search, it was found that he was still withholding documents.

The Malignant Loser suffered a legal setback Thursday when the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals' order to dissolve the "special master" dodge went into effect.  It was a also rebuke to Trumpist Judge Aileen Cannon, who had sided with the Malignant Loser, and now gives Special Counsel Smith unimpeded authorization to proceed with the classified documents investigation.
