Arresting The Insurrectionists -- The Fugitive And The Flag Fool

Two insurrectionist MAGAt morons find that comeuppance delayed is comeuppance nonetheless:

Gregory Yetman, a suspect in the January 6 attack on the Capitol, surrendered to authorities Friday morning following a major police manhunt.

Yetman, 47, handed himself over to Monroe Township Police without incident, authorities say. The FBI had issued a $10,000 reward for information that would lead to his arrest Thursday after the New Jersey man ran from federal agents trying to detain him earlier in the week.

A federal arrest warrant was issued for Yetman on Nov. 6 accusing him of multiple offenses in connection with the 2021 Capitol riots. The charges include assaulting, resisting, or impeding officers, obstruction of law enforcement during civil disorder, and engaging in physical violence in a restricted building or grounds.

He is now likely to make an initial court appearance on Monday in Newark, New Jersey.

FBI agents had initially tried to arrest Yetman at his home in Helmetta, a small New Jersey town, on Wednesday. Helmetta Mayor Christopher Slavicek told The New York Times that Yetman “fled and went off into the woods” when law enforcement showed up, and that the town was gripped by “a sense of heightened anxiety” while the manhunt was underway...

Meanwhile, a fellow mentally- defective violent putz is facing justice:

An Indiana man who allegedly used a flagpole with “TRUMP 2020” and Confederate banners to attack officers on Jan. 6 was arrested Thursday.

Troy Koen was charged with assaulting, resisting, or impeding officers, destruction of government property, and obstruction of law enforcement during civil disorder, among other crimes during the Capitol attack. The Justice Department said some 140 police officers were assaulted at the Capitol on Jan. 6.

Koen is accused of leading a group of rioters as they battered police at an entrance to the west side of the Capitol building. Images from court documents show Koen grabbing a metal barricade before breaching the police line.

As officers retreated behind double glass doors in the lower West Terrace tunnel, the mob followed and Koen made his way to the front with his flagpole, according to court documents.

Koen then used his flagpole to smash through the glass doors and jab at the officers guarding the entrance, according to an FBI affidavit. Surveillance video presented to the court shows the flagpole jammed through the glass before rioters breach the doors.

Koen spent less than 10 minutes in the tunnel, according to court documents. He was identified in part through a picture on his own social media account, authorities said.

Some of the most extreme violence of the Capitol attack occurred at the tunnel entrance. Several rioters who were in the tunnel have been convicted...

The FBI is still looking for January 6 insurrectionists.  If you recognize anyone not yet apprehended, do your country a favor and pick up the phone.
