Never Back Down, which has been the main super PAC backing Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis in the Republican presidential primary, has canceled its remaining TV ad reservations in Iowa and New Hampshire.
He who will Never Back Down is backing down just like He Who Will Never Surrender surrendered. Maybe it's a trend.
It's not quite time to say the inevitable buh-bye to Bootsie yet. Another PAC will continue to circle the drain fight until the last dollar is hoovered from the last Christofascist Republican sucker. But, he's running fourth in New Hampshire and third in Iowa, so the end of the consultant gravy train is not far off.
