We endured several days of high praise for Henry Kissinger after his death last week (NBC's sycophantic Andrea Mitchell was among the worst). Left out or glossed over in most accounts were his engineering and guidance of numerous international acts that resulted in the deaths of countless people unable to defend themselves from his immoral "realpolitik" mindset.
