Metaphorical Trump Bus Hits Metaphorical Pole

This is a picture of a "Trump store" bus, carrying overpriced Trump trinkets for the dimbulbs, that crashed yesterday on Staten Island ahead of a rally for the convicted felon Malignant Loser.  Some deets:

In a post on X (formerly Twitter), bystander Damian Cross shared a video of the crash's aftermath. A bus covered with Trump signs appeared sandwiched between a utility pole and a gas station sign.

Signs on the bus included "Trump Law and Order," "Trust Jesus," "Trump 2024," "Women for Trump," and "Let's Go Brandon."

One large sign on the side of the bus read, "Trump Store."

"It was parked by the CVS, and it rolled down," one witness told Cross. "Nobody was in it."

"Holy crap," Cross replied before suggesting that the accident had been a "freaking miracle" because no one was hurt when the bus crossed the intersection without a driver.

"This right after Trump gets declared guilty, unbelievable, if ever you needed a metaphor," he noted. "They're saying there's no airbrake on it, just bad luck."

Trump was not expected to appear at the Staten Island rally, but former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani said he would be there.  (our emphasis)

Well, a "freaking miracle" it was, Mr. Cross!  Ordered up by Jesus himself, no doubt!  (We wonder why the celestial being wouldn't have just fixed the airbrakes to avoid a potential catastrophe, though.)  And the metaphor?  That the convicted felon's brake- free, criminal journey through life has finally wrapped itself around ... the pole of justice?  Not sure that's what you thought of as the "metaphor."

Also:  we're sure alert process servers would've been happy to know the whereabouts of Rudy "Toot Toot" Giuliani, if there are any more subpoenas to be served!
