He's looking surprisingly chipper (high?), considering the multiple lawsuits, felonies, and bankruptcies pending against him in multiple jurisdictions (so far!).

Perhaps he's collecting these for his portfolio, to show his range as an actor for future performances in prison skits, or in cinéma vérité roles like his star turn as a decrepit perv trying to score with a young woman.
