Smarmy MAGAt cultist Rudy "Toot Toot" Giuliani gets his picture taken by the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office following his indictment in Arizona on four felony counts (pdf) involving 2020 election interference: 

He's looking surprisingly chipper (high?), considering the multiple lawsuits, felonies, and bankruptcies pending against him in multiple jurisdictions (so far!).

By contrast, here's his Fulton County, Georgia, mugshot following his indictment on similar charges:

Perhaps he's collecting these for his portfolio, to show his range as an actor for future performances in prison skits, or in cinéma vérité roles like his star turn as a decrepit perv trying to score with a young woman.

All together now:  Lock him up!
