BREAKING: Judge Dismisses Classified Docs Case

Trump-appointed Federal District Judge Aileen Cannon, who has stalled the trial of Trump's mishandling of top secret documents after he left office and obstruction month after month, has dismissed the indictment against him. From the Washington Post's developing coverage:

"The federal judge overseeing the classified documents charges against former president Donald Trump has dismissed the indictment on the grounds that special counsel Jack Smith was improperly appointed, according to a new court filing Monday.

U.S. District Judge Aileen M. Cannon’s ruling is a remarkable win for Trump, whose lawyers have thrown longshot argument after longshot argument to dismiss the case. Other courts have rejected similar arguments to the one that he made in Florida about Smith’s unlawful appointment.

'Upon careful study of the foundational challenges raised in the Motion, the Court is convinced that Special Counsel’s Smith’s prosecution of this action breaches two structural cornerstones of our constitutional scheme—the role of Congress in the appointment of constitutional officers, and the role of Congress in authorizing expenditures by law,' Cannon concluded in her 93-page order." This biased Judge has clearly been anticipating a return of the Malignant Loser to the White House, and a nomination for a higher court. She's questioned nearly every motion by the prosecution, and gone along with absurd filings by Trump's lawyers meant delay and confuse the case. The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals has vacated her actions in the past that were clearly intended to benefit Trump. This is what happens when your only criteria for nominating a Federal judge is blind loyalty.

BONUS: Cannon's biased ruling was inspired by corrupt grifter Clarence Thomas' thoughts on the same subject in the Trump immunity case.
