Justice Neil Gorsuch is pushing back against President Joe Biden’s recent proposals to restructure the Supreme Court.
“I just say: Be careful,” Gorsuch warned in an interview that aired on “Fox News Sunday.”
This from one of the Malignant Loser's radical right- wing illegitimate Republican Supreme Court appointees, objecting to such horrors as term limits and an enforceable code of ethics. This from one who recklessly, at a minimum:
-- overturned Roe v. Wade and 50 years of precedent;
-- refused to protect emergency abortion care (Idaho and Moyle v. US);
-- gutted regulatory agencies' authority and 40 years of precedent (Chevron); and
-- granted his benefactor Trump broad immunity from criminal prosecution for "official acts" while in office.
Gorsuch, you and your fellow reckless and corrupt loons passed the "be careful" stop long ago, and now we need to swing things the other way. You brought this on, so please STFU.
