Gov. Walz's Closing Statement At Last Night's Debate

ICYMI, here's Gov. Tim Walz's closing statement at the end of last night's debate with Junior Demagogue Vance:

There are plenty of fact checks of the debate that you can easily search for, but to us, a key moment came when Gov. Walz asked Vance a question that goes to the heart of our democracy:

"WALZ: Did Donald Trump lose the 2020 election?

"VANCE: Tim, I'm focused on the future.

"WALZ: That's a damning non-answer."

That's not only damning;  in a sane country, it's disqualifying.  Ignoring the will of the voters puts us on the road to autocracy and fascism.  We've been there once, and we're not going back.

BONUS:  Electoral-vote.com has a good rundown on most aspects of the debate here, if you want to rehash.

Didn't see the whole debate, but what I saw pretty much pointed out the difference between sanity and insanity. I can only imagine the spin at Merde a Lardo this morning.

Yo, seafury, Orange Julius Caesar's first spin (LIE) was an all-caps screed that he does not support a national abortion ban and would veto it! 💩 The states must decide! 💩 Liar! 💩
