Trump "Negotiating" With Putin Means Surrender

The Putin-idolizing Malignant Fascist / Agent Krasnov? will be talking to his leader in Moscow today, ostensibly to negotiate a ceasefire and eventual peace with war criminal Vladimir Putin, who has no intention of giving up his dream of folding Ukraine into a Greater Russia. Of course, Ukraine is being cut out of the conversation that impacts them most of all, as the victim of Russia's brutal and illegal invasion. There's not only the overlay of the MF's fondness for Russia, but also his disdain for Ukrainian President Zelenskyy, who, in rejecting the MF's extortion call in 2019, played a part in the MF's first impeachment. From the Associated Press:

"The engagement is just the latest turn in dramatically shifting U.S.-Russia relations as Trump made quickly ending the conflict a top priority — even at the expense of straining ties with longtime American allies who want Putin to pay a price for the invasion.

'It’s a bad situation in Russia, and it’s a bad situation in Ukraine,' Trump told reporters on Monday. 'What’s happening in Ukraine is not good, but we’re going to see if we can work a peace agreement, a ceasefire and peace. And I think we’ll be able to do it.'

In preparation for the Trump-Putin call, White House special envoy Steve Witkoff met last week with Putin in Moscow to discuss the proposal. Secretary of State Marco Rubio had persuaded senior Ukrainian officials during talks in Saudi Arabia to agree to the ceasefire framework." (our emphasis)

Russia hasn't been asked to give up anything by the MF and his regime, only Ukraine. And if the shameful  2018 meeting between Putin and the MF in Helsinki is any example, the MF will believe anything that Putin feeds him, turning on a fledgling democracy in favor of a Russia with imperial ambitions, and rewarding aggression like Neville Chamberlain did with Hitler in 1938. Next, expect the MF to talk frequently about not being awarded the Nobel Peace Prize, something he's obsessed with ever since President Obama received it, even if it is the peace of the dead for Ukraine.
