This picture was taken in a National Institutes of Health building in the Washington, DC, area. Our intrepid Silver Spring Bureau Chief received this from a friend who said the rather tiny photos of (l. to r.) Trump, Vance, and Kennedy had to be moved up the wall because people were vandalizing them. The "vandals" were undeterred, using blue Post-it notes identifying the rogues gallery as "Rapist," "Couch Rapist," and "Murderer," respectively.
