Harvard Hits Back In Court (UPDATED)

Earlier today, Harvard University filed a lawsuit seeking to enjoin the Malignant Fascist's regime from blocking international students from attending, in clear retaliation for Harvard's refusal to comply with the MF's dictates on curriculum, etc. From the Associated Press:

"Harvard University is challenging the Trump administration’s decision to bar the Ivy League school from enrolling foreign students, calling it unconstitutional retaliation for defying the White House’s political demands.

In a lawsuit filed Friday in federal court in Boston, Harvard said the government’s action violates the First Amendment and will have an “immediate and devastating effect for Harvard and more than 7,000 visa holders.”

“With the stroke of a pen, the government has sought to erase a quarter of Harvard’s student body, international students who contribute significantly to the University and its mission,” Harvard said in its suit. “Without its international students, Harvard is not Harvard.”

The school said it plans to file for a temporary restraining order to block the Department of Homeland Security from carrying out the move." (our emphasis)

The suit also names corrupt MF mouthpiece Pam Bondi, as well as principle-free Marco "L'il Marco" Rubio. Harvard is represented by prestigious law firms King & Spaulding, Jenner & Block and Quinn Emanuel, among others. Their filing (72 pages) is here, and lays out the damage that would be done to the University if the MF's lawless order is enforced. The suit also lays out vividly that this "arbitrary and capricious" action is in retaliation for their refusal to bow to the MF's earlier political demands.

Harvard's red line should alarm and activate the entire higher education community, because if Harvard can be attacked in this way, no college or University is safe from the MF's attempt to makeover higher education in the U.S. in his fascistic image.

UPDATE: Federal District Judge Allison Burroughs has issued a temporary restraining order blocking the MF's attempt withdraw certification for international students.
