Trump Says Country Is "Finished"

In the wee hours this morning, the deranged Malignant Fascist, angry that his illegal and unconstitutional Executive Orders are being knocked down by Federal courts, ranted on his ridiculous "Truth Social" platform that judicial opposition to his kidnapping and deportation of undocumented immigrants will result in a "crime filled LIFE," and that if it continues "our country, as we know it, is finished." Last Thursday, Federal District Judge Fernando Rodriguez, who was appointed by the MF himself, issued a permanent injunction against the MF's regime from deporting Venezuelans under the old Alien Enemies Act. The MF's fondness for ignoring due process underlies many of his Executive Orders, which he imagines in his ignorance to be royal proclamations with the force of law.

Sadly for America, due process -- and justice hobbled by a timid and feckless Attorney General -- is what saved the felonious MF from prison for attempting a coup and stealing classified documents, among other crimes. He should be its greatest defender.

  1. 🤬 Trump also lives in a country where "journalists," even those who work at previously respected news organizations, help him every day to gaslight the nation. This weekend, many outlets are reporting that Trump delivered the commencement address at the University of Alabama. That. Is. Bullshit! Last week, Trump announced on "Truth" Social that he has chosen to speak to graduates at UA and West Point. Any news article that does not include the facts that UA's planned commencement weekend is May 2-4, Friday's conferring of degrees followed by celebratory activities through Sunday, is covering up the scramble to create a Thursday speech event which had not been on the schedule!
Commencement speakers are often controversial as students argue over who should be invited to inform them about life beyond college. The controversy sometimes involves university administration sticking its nose into the process.
The UA hasn't had controversy over speakers since 2007 when students were appalled at a speaker injecting politics and decided not to have speakers ever again. What a great idea! Commencement is about students becoming graduates...concentrate on them.
But we live in a time of fear. Fear that Federal funding could be withheld; fear that international students can be disappeared on the whims of an authoritarian Presidential administration.
And, in fact, that had already happened. "The [UA College Democrats] also called out the Trump administration for detaining Alireza Doroudi, a mechanical engineering doctoral student who was taken from his off-campus home to a detention facility in March after federal homeland security officials said he 'posed significant national security concerns.'” (Atlanta Black Star News)
Trump invited himself. University officials created an optional-attendance event, which was opened to the public to make it look full, and pretended this was somehow normal. And media sources that long ago gave up on any responsibility for truth normalized it further! Trump lives in a great nation...for himself...and is never, ever grateful!! 🤬
