The days that you could have a campaign and say ok we’re going to have an education week, we’re going to have a jobs week — those days never really worked, we pretended that they did —but there is no reason to have one 'message' from the Democratic Party. What you need is passion..."-- former Republican strategist Stuart Stevens, in an interview on MSNBC yesterday, expressing what many of us feel about getting on the attack and staying on the attack against the Malignant Fascist's burgeoning authoritarianism.  Ceding ground to him and his fascistic minions is neither tactically nor strategically sound, and only encourages more inroads into what's left of American democracy.  Fighters not huggers!
