Giving speeches is something. Doing something about it (like disrupting all Senate business as usual until Noem apologizes AND her thugs who assaulted Sen. Padilla face legal consequences) is a lot more. If this is as outrageous as you claim, Sen. Schumer (and it is), you must take *real* action.
