Kraig Adams takes us on a 4-day hike over the Ak-Suu Traverse through the Tian Shan Mountains in Kyrgyzstan in Central Asia. Stunning mountain landscapes, with glaciers and high alpine wildflowers, best enjoyed full screen. (Actual hiking begins at about 3:42. Note this is not one of his silent hikes, but more of a video journal. He has 2 1/2 hours of lovely ambient footage of the trip here, if you have the interest and time. )
