Skeets Of The Day

The Epstein files coverup / struggling to contain the crisis --

"People don’t understand that Palm Beach in the 90s was a different time, he groused." Every word of this is a yikes

Government shutdown mass firing threat --

This seems to be their angle. If there’s a shutdown they won’t furlough employees they’ll fire them permanently. The fact that this is illegal kind of isn’t the point these days. I don’t see why this is much of a threat. They don’t have to do this. It’s a choice. They run the govt. when things …

Vought’s threat all but calls forth Lincoln’s searing argument at Cooper Union: “Plainly stated … you will destroy the Government, unless you be allowed to construe and enforce the Constitution as you please, on all points in dispute between you and us. You will rule or ruin in all events.”

On a possible Comey retribution indictment --

Hooray for my brave old colleagues in the EDVA US attorneys office. They've apparently produced a memo laying out while there's no PC to indict Comey. If Trump flunky Lindsey Halligan goes ahead and indicts him anyway, she could be looking at severe professional sanctions even possibly disbarment.

Donald Trump is about to have me indicted on bogus charges. Here’s why I’m still glad I got him elected in 2016. by James Comey

He's also a small, bitter, juvenile, moron --

FFS. They put up a new gallery of presidential portraits in the WH and put up a picture of an auto pen where Biden would go. Has there ever been a more juvenile leader in world history? I honestly can't believe how low they are sinking now. The gross debasement of ... just everything.

Chickenshit frauds among us --

Kimmel’s defiant return highlights one of the most disturbing dynamics of Trump II, that so many people in positions of leadership are chickenshit frauds who would rather fold in advance than put up anything resembling a fight www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archiv...

Fighting back --

Disney/ABC put Kimmel back on air. Sinclair & Nexstar are blocking him. These are state-licensed stations funded by ads, not Disney. Pressure advertisers, file FCC complaints, and push back on corporate censorship. #FreeSpeech #NoKings #Kimmel

Untraceable taxpayer dollars --

Across federal agencies, the Trump administration’s aggressive slash-and-burn approach to federal programs has repeatedly challenged Congress’ power of the purse. The outcome: Billions in taxpayer dollars have become virtually untraceable. www.notus.org/trump-white-...
