The aggressive megalomania of the Malignant Fascist, where he imagines that he "can do anything he wants," would put other individuals in restraints in a psychiatric hospital. Instead, we have amoral and ambitious opportunists feeding his every sign of mental illness. As his poll numbers slide, he'll become even more sociopathic, seeking to punish anyone who dares oppose him. The 25th Amendment was made for situations like this, but won't be invoked because of the sick cult around him.
