Harmen Hoek goes on a 7- day solo backpacking ride through the Utah desert from Moab, through Canyonlands National Park, the La Sal Mountains, and into the Lockhart Basin. With temperatures reaching 115 degrees F, it was a more extreme experience than we usually see on these silent adventures. Some of the most jaw- dropping vistas we've ever seen.
