The vain and mentally ill Malignant Fascist was very upset when TIME published a cover photo of him from below, which emphasized his thinning hair and his neck wattle (or his "vag neck" as some called it):
The owner of TIME, a billionaire Trumper named Marc Benioff who is CEO of Salesforce, got the message, bent his knee, and had TIME run a more flattering picture of the MF the next time. However, it drew comparisons to a TIME cover photo composition of Nazi industrialist Alfried Krupp from 1937 (click to enlarge):
So while the MF may not be aware of the photo's parallel in history, it certainly has meaning to those who are aware.
