Cannot say enough: the Trump administration actively chose to illegally withhold SNAP benefits in November, pretending they weren’t allowed to deliver benefits this month despite their own guidance from September 30 saying they could — guidance they deleted on October 23.

Remember, they're currently arguing that Biden's pardons are illegitimate because he signed the actual forms with an autopen. Trump, meanwhile, repeatedly insists he knows nothing at all about one of his very controversial pardons. Never heard of the guy! Sorta seems like a problem.

The Oregon Department of Justice submitted multiple video exhibits showing federal officers using extreme force against nonviolent protesters outside the U.S. Immigration & Customs Building. This is part of its effort to block the federal deployment of National Guard troops to Portland.

Meanwhile, Mr. Cuomo was on the phone to every Democratic donor he could reach in Nassau and Westchester counties wailing about impending communism just over the city line. He couldn't find Grand Street without a motorcade or give a shit what happens to anyone actually living there.
