Disgraced lawyer / former professor and member of sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein's circle Alan Dershowitz reportedly told the deranged autocratic Malignant Fascist that the U.S. Constitution was "unclear" on whether he could serve a third term. What is "unclear" is why this pedantic, amoral lawyer who's been friends with both the MF and Epstein would encourage the MF to think he could extend his regime beyond January, 2029, since this is what the actual language in the 22nd Amendment to the Constitution says:
"Section 1. No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once."
Dershowitz was part of the defense team that negotiated the notorious non-prosecution agreement in 2008 for Epstein, allowing him to continue his sex trafficking for years. Dershowitz is also notorious for his defense of adjudged murderer O.J. Simpson, his participation in rapist Harvey Weinstein's defense team in 2018, and his membership on the defense team for the MF's first impeachment. It's telling that he has also long argued for lowering the age for statutory rape. Quite an infamous record for this shameless legal weasel. Encouraging the mentally unstable MF to dream of another term is just the latest move in his outrageous career.
