From Politico's story, "How Marco Rubio Is Tamping Down The Venezuelan Backlash," lame ass Senate Minority "Leader" Chuck Schumer, getting schmoozed by the Malignant Fascist's Secretary of State Marco "Li'l Marco" Rubio yesterday. From the story:
"He hugged and briefly huddled with Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer in view of dozens of reporters. A grinning Rubio came up to cameras afterward and joked to reporters, 'I’m against everything he said.'
Schumer, who like most Democrats has been a persistent critic of the administration, offered no praise for Rubio but stopped short this week of disavowing his previous support for Rubio’s nomination as secretary." (our emphasis)
Read the article for a sense of how the good old boy personal relationships in the Senate "club" are undermining Dem resistance to the MF's agenda, in this case on foreign policy by Li'l Marco. It's nauseating but expected of these shallow, malleable hacks. A reminder of the saying, "There's a club and we're not in it."
