There are many speeches and events planned to respond the Malignant Fascist's State of the Union address web of lies tonight. But here's what those sly folks at TCM are offering tonight in the time before and during the SOTU: a movie about FDR's --the greatest Democratic President -- fight against polio and then his political rise, followed during the SOTU time slot by a movie whose title and device is what the Malignant Fascist is infamous for:
