The report finds that misogyny is not merely tolerated but embedded in the institutional DNA, from the lowest-ranking agents to the highest levels of national leadership. The Guardian reported that at least six CBP officers had personal relationships with Jeffrey Epstein and were involved in facilitating group travel to and from his private island.
