The author of "Go Tell It On The Mountain" (1953) and "Notes of a Native Son" (1955), Baldwin is considered one of the greatest moral essayists of our time. He certainly would have had volumes to say about justice during the Trump reign of error (and bigotry, and hatred, and abuse of power, etc., etc.).
