What do you call a menagerie of charlatans, crackpots, loons, and rapists? A MAHA summit:
A Make America Health Again summit is kicking off in Washington, D.C., today, with guests including famed boxer Mike Tyson and British comedian Russell Brand, who is currently facing rape charges in the U.K.
The all-day event is scheduled to cover topics including psychedelic medicine, athletics, AI and healthcare, and America's food supply, while Brand will personally moderate a talk on Medicare and Medicaid services with former TV host-turned U.S. health official Dr. Mehmet Oz, according to the event's website.
Brand in two weeks heads to court in London to face charges of rape, indecent assault, oral rape and two counts of sexual assault connected to alleged attacks on multiple women dating back more than 25 years. He has pleaded not guilty.
Tuesday's MAHA event will wrap up with an "exciting announcement" by the wife of Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., actress Cheryl Hines, followed by a "fireside chat" with Vice President JD Vance and Kennedy. (our emphasis)
Now that's a lineup that shouts competent scientific healthcare advice "rapey snake oil salesmen on the lam!" Any bets on what the "exciting announcement" will be? Political asylum for Brand?
