He also claims that Ukraine was to blame for diesel shortages (it's global disruptions resulting from his war on Iran), and he that would let Iran "take out" Los Angeles and San Diego.
He's a dangerous, deranged moron (but you already knew that). The first step in curbing him is to elect a Democratic House and Senate in a huge electoral repudiation next month.
