Russian thug and war criminal Vladimir Putin, now that his stooge the Malignant Fascist has sided with Russia against the West, is pushing for a summit with the MF and China's Xi to develop a "peace" plan for Ukraine, with no participation from Ukrainian President Zelenskyy or our European allies. In treating the Ukrainian government like a non-entity, Putin is making it clear any plan would be on Russia's terms, something that the MF is willing to do. From Politico:
"Kyiv and the European Union face being cut out of a potential high-level summit to negotiate a deal on ending Russia’s war in Ukraine.
Moscow has proposed talks with China and the United States about an agreement that would favor Russia after nearly five years of war in Ukraine, according to the Wall Street Journal.
'There is no clear understanding yet regarding the meeting itself or its potential agenda, although all three parties acknowledge the hypothetical possibility of such a meeting taking place,' Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said."
The proposed summit was discussed with the MF in one of their cozy phone conversations on October 9, during a discussion of purchasing Russian diesel fuel.
The proposal is reminiscent of "big power" discussions carving up the world into their spheres of influence, something the delusional, fascist MF will relish. Having the ignorant and venal MF in a discussion with two cunning tyrants like Putin and Xi would assure the worst outcome for the Ukrainians and, if Xi pushes the talks further, for Taiwan.
