I smoke cigarettes.  And I'm not giving that up to be the president of the United States.” -- Weeper of the House John "Mr. Tangerine Man" Boehner, appearing on "The Tonight Show," explaining his priorities.  The Weeper was out West on a fundraising and PR mission and perhaps to play a little golf and drink wine, rather than meet with his Ohio constituents.  After all, priorities.
