Alt-country musician Margo Price doesn't fit the mould of a Nashville artist. Independent, mixing honky tonk with psychedelic pop, Price is admired by her peers for overcoming setbacks in her life, tenaciousness in staying true to her music, and offbeat artistry. From her latest album "Strays", Price is joined by former lead guitar for Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers Mike Campbell on her newly-released single "Unoriginal Sin." Enjoy.

Weekend Price-y Music

Singer-songwriter Margo Price has had a long journey to where she is now -- a highly respected artist in the country/ Americana genre. Starting out working multiple jobs in and around Nashville for a number of years (including teaching dance), Price and her band The Pricetags finally got some gigs and drew enough attention to land a recording contract in 2015.  Interestingly enough, Price became something of a hit in the UK, with several tours, telly appearances, and reaching the top of UK's country charts.  "Letting Me Down" is a song off her recent third album, "That's How Rumors Get Started."
