This ad, produced by the Yocha Dehe Wintun Native American Nation of California, is scheduled to air during Game 3 of the NBA playoffs. It's powerful in its simple dignity, contrasted with the petulant, childish attitude of Washington football owner Li'l Danny Snyder and his organization.
Imagine you're with a group of Native Americans. Ask yourself whether you would refer to them as "redskins" to their faces. Didn't think so. That's the test of a racial slur.
