Barack/Rick Rolling Along

Every so often, a blog site will link to an article, etc., and when the person clicks on the link, up comes a video of Rick Astley, '80s pop singer, instead of the article. When that happens, you've been "Rickrolled," a bait and switch game popular on the internet tubes.
