The Rapist Seeks Revenge

The corrupt and deviant Malignant Fascist's revenge tour continues.  CNN broke the story last night that the weaponized "Justice" Department under the convicted sexual predator Malignant Fascist has launched a criminal investigation of the MF's victim, journalist E. Jean Carroll.  A jury found that the MF sexually abused Carroll in 1996 in a Bergdorf Goodman dressing room, with the judge in the trial Lewis Kaplan later stating that the "sexual abuse" could also be termed "rape." From CNN:

"The Justice Department has launched a criminal investigation into E. Jean Carroll, the former magazine columnist who accused President Donald Trump of sexual assault, according to multiple sources familiar with the matter.

The investigation is focused on whether Carroll committed perjury in testimony tied to her two civil lawsuits against the president – one alleging he sexually abused Carroll in a New York department store in the mid-1990s, and a second for defaming her when in 2019 he repeatedly denied the assault, said she wasn’t his type and claimed she made it up to boost sales of a book.

Prosecutors’ theory hinges on a 2022 deposition statement by Carroll, 82, that she received no outside funding for her lawsuit, though it was later revealed that billionaire Reid Hoffman had paid some legal fees and expenses."

In 2024, a three-judge federal appeals court panel in New York dismissed the claim that Carroll had lied in her deposition.  The MF's criminal defense attorney and current Acting Attorney General, the execrable Todd Blanche, has recused himself from the "investigation" since he was the predator's criminal defense attorney at the trial.  The jury ordered the MF to pay Carroll $5 million plus an additional $83 million for continuing to defame her. An appeals court has paused a decision on that fine temporarily.

Trump Sues JP Morgan Chase For "Debanking"

The crazed and greedy Malignant Fascist has decided to sue JPMorgan Chase for shutting his bank accounts following his attempt to violently overthrow the 2020 election, as NPR reports.  They clearly made a business decision to step away from any association with the criminal acts of the MF, following his incitement of the January 6 insurrection:

"President Trump sued JPMorgan Chase and chief executive Jamie Dimon on Thursday, seeking at least $5 billion in damages over allegations that the country's biggest bank closed his account for political reasons.

The lawsuit follows through on a threat Trump made on his Truth Social network over the weekend — and caps several days of escalating tensions between the president and one of the most powerful CEOs in the United States.

Trump filed his lawsuit in a Miami-Dade County state court on Thursday, alleging that the bank closed his accounts in 2021, weeks after the January 6 attack at the U.S. Capitol, 'as a result of political and social motivations, and [JPMorgan Chase's] unsubstantiated, 'woke' beliefs that it needed to distance itself from President Trump and his conservative political views.'" (our emphasis)

The bank countered that the MF's suit was without merit and that the closure was to protect the bank from legal and regulatory risks (they didn't mention reputational harm, but that's in the mix, too).  Their deep pockets will allow them to fight the MF in court, and the discovery process that JPMorgan's attorneys will use should be wonderfully embarrassing to the MF.  When you have a moron for a client....

The MF has gone after other major banks, too, like CapitalOne and the Bank of America for similar frivolous reasons, apparently intending to intimidate them and other banks who may be considering dropping him.  It's no wonder that more of his financial holding are with overseas financial organizations and corrupt monarchies more to the MF's liking.
