In separate Federal courts, South African fascist, megalomaniac and co-President Elon "Kekius Maximus" Musk was blocked from accessing sensitive data in the Treasury Department as part of his "DOGE" scam, and from putting thousands of USAID workers on leave and giving them a 30 day window to leave. With regard to the access to sensitive Treasury Department data bases:
"U.S. District Judge Paul A. Engelmayer issued the preliminary injunction after 19 Democratic attorneys general sued President Donald Trump. The case, filed in federal court in New York City, alleges the Trump administration allowed Musk’s team access to the Treasury Department’s central payment system in violation of federal law.
The payment system handles tax refunds, Social Security benefits, veterans’ benefits and much more, sending out trillions of dollars every year while containing an expansive network of Americans’ personal and financial data."
The South African job killer also lost the other court case involving USAID workers:
"A federal judge on Friday dealt President Donald Trump and billionaire ally Elon Musk their first big setback in their dismantling of the U.S. Agency for International Development, ordering a temporary halt to plans to pull thousands of agency staffers off the job.
U.S. District Judge Carl Nichols, a Trump appointee, also agreed to block an order that would have given the thousands of overseas USAID workers the administration wanted to place on abrupt administrative leave just 30 days to move families and households back to the U.S. on government expense."
While appeals in both cases are certain, these defeats are a step in halting the illegal and often unconstitutional actions of Musk and his co-President, the Malignant Fascist. Earlier this year, two Federal judges blocked the MF's unconstitutional Executive Order denying birthright citizenship to immigrants, a right enshrined in the 14th Amendment. It's clear that the lawless MF will use these first weeks and months to test the almost unlimited power given to him by his complicit MAGA Congress and the right wing Supreme Court, which gave him immunity for actions deemed as "official duties."
