The current edition of "Foreign Policy Magazine" has a
series of articles on who benefits from the war in Iraq. Shockingly (!), the U.S. isn't one of the winners. Among those who are? Iran, Moqtada al-Sadr, and al-Qaeda. Ah yes, Mission Accomplished!
