Milbank KO'd from MSNBC

WaPo columnist Dana "Snark" Milbank has moved over to a principle-free zone (CNN/Fox Lite) from MSNBC. Milbank, whose jaded views are solidly in line with the Rethug and mainstream media ethos, had been kept off the air on MSNBC (where he appeared regularly on "Countdown") after he refused to clarify a recent column in which he cropped an Obama quotation in order to make it adhere to the Rethug meme that Obama is an egomaniac with messianic tendencies. (Come on! We all know Milbank's the only one who's allowed to be that!)

On "Countdown" last night, Keith Olbermann referenced this episode and announced Milbank was moving on. As regular readers of the WaPo know, Milbank is neither a progressive nor a conservative, but merely a self-absorbed twit. Now he can play with all the other self-absorbed twits on CNN/Fox Lite. Good riddance.
