Looking Backward

The scorekeepers in the mainstream media are already proclaiming the end of the Obama era, even before Massachusetts votes for their senator today. It's worth noting that a Rethug victory would still give the Dems more votes in the Senate than the Rethugs have had since 1923. It's also amazing, if the polls are accurate, what short memories and little patience so many people have. The arsonists who started the fire, and who have tried to block the firemen from putting out their fire, could end up in charge of rebuilding. As we said, amazing.

It's not just the votes - it's the thinking behind the votes that I find so very disturbing. Oh, well, let's see how popular Brown is in two years when they want to throw him out for doing nothing to help the averge person. PEC

Agree, Ms. Cake. If all he offers are "no" votes, it's hard to see how he succeeds.
