Fux's Subpoena Flim-Flam

Right-wing media tycoon Rupert "Aargh" Murdock's News Corporation is saying that they don't have a record of receiving a subpoena in 2010 from the Government for Fux "News" reporter James Rosen's phone records.  Rosen authored a story about North Korea's intent to conduct more nuclear tests, and cited a Government source, who is facing trial for espionage.

Strange that a corporation that's had to deal with so many legal problems concerning its hacking of private phones wouldn't have a record of a Federal subpoena involving an espionage case, isn't it?  Are the Fuxers playing games and trying to embarrass the Obama Administration to get another "scandal" going?   Is the Pope Catholic?
