Rethuglican Sen. Pat "Me" Toomey blurted out the truth last week when he said that his Rethug colleagues voted against the background checks bill simply because President Obama supported it.  Consider what the Rethugs have done on every piece of legislation, from health care reform to economic recovery to gun safety, and ask whether they care about anything but power politics and their own jobs.

Our video funny is last night's opening of Saturday Night Live, which mocks the infinitely mockable "Fox and Friends" car wreck.  Again, anything Obama does, the Friendsters will twist it around.  Enjoy (after the &%#@& embedded ad).
