Twenty-five years ago, student-led pro-democracy protests broke out in China, with Beijing's Tienanmen Square as the focal point. On this day 25 years ago, after several days of protests and as the world watched the unfolding drama, China's Communist Party leadership brutally crushed the protests, killing hundreds of students and civilians.
